Do I need to sign a contract?

YES – You will need to sign a Self-Storage Agreement as per the Self-Storage Association of Australia guidelines.

What is the minimum rental period?

One month is the minimum rental period.

How long is the contract?

One month - and continues on a month-by-month basis until you give us 14-days notice to move out. You are not locked into a contract – there is no fixed period. You can move out whenever you want and we will refund any funds paid past your move-out date.

Are there any items that I cannot store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables are not allowed. If you are unsure of any specific item please contact us and we can confirm if it can be stored in a storage facility.
